REGULAMENTO DO RANKING

1 - SISTEMA DE DISPUTA
O ranking do Beach Tennis Orlando segue o sistema de sorteio, sendo que todos os jogadores devem possuir um cadastro no sistema LetzPlay (www.letzplay.me), que será criado pela própria Beach Tennis Orlando. O atleta será notificado por e-mail sobre a criação deste cadastro e precisa definir sua senha de acesso.


2 – ABERTURA DA RODADA
Serão sorteados 2 jogos para cada jogador toda segunda-feira, e estes terão um prazo de 06 dias para realizar os confrontos.

3 - CATEGORIAS
O ranking será dividido nas seguintes categorias:
• Intermediate Women

4 – SORTEIO
Todos os jogadores jogarão contra todos os jogadores, ou seja, se tiverem 16 inscritos cada jogador fará 15 jogos.


5 – JOGOS
Os jogos serão disputados em melhor de três sets, sendo que, se houver empate em um set a um, o terceiro set será disputado em um super tie-break até 10 pontos.


6 – PONTUAÇÃO
A pontuação de cada jogador se dará da seguinte forma:
• Vitória: 100 pontos
• Derrota: 25 pontos
• Vitória WO: 100 pontos
• Derrota WO: -100 pontos


7 – LANÇAMENTO DE RESULTADOS
Após o jogo ser realizado, qualquer um dos participantes poderá lançar o resultado da partida. Assim que lançado no sistema, o adversário recebe a notificação para aprovar o resultado. Caso não haja aprovação ou contestação, o sistema aprovará o resultado automaticamente 24 horas após o resultado ter sido informado


8 – DAS TAXAS
A para participar do ranking é de U$ 75 (setenta e cinco dólares) e deverá ser paga até o dia 10/10/23 via Zelle para [email protected] e o comprovante com o nome do atleta deverá ser enviado via WhatsApp para a Luciana +1(321)337.3503.


9 – DAS BOLAS
Os atletas serão responsáveis por levar bolas em boas condições de uso.


10 – CASOS OMISSOS
Os casos omissos e não previstos neste regulamento serão resolvidos pela organização do Beach Tennis Orlando.


11 – DO CONHECIMENTO DAS REGRAS E DO REGULAMENTO
O atleta incluso no ranking declara ter total conhecimento das regras e submete-se a aceitar as normas do Regulamento.

RANKING REGULATIONS

1 - DISPUTE SYSTEM
The Beach Tennis Orlando ranking follows the draw system, and all players must be registered in the LetzPlay system (www.letzplay.me), which will be created by Beach Tennis Orlando itself. The athlete will be notified by email about the creation of this registration and will need to define their access password.


2 – OPENING OF THE ROUND
2 games will be drawn for each player every Monday, and they will have a period of 6 days to carry out the clashes.

3 - CATEGORIES
The ranking will be divided into the following categories:
• Intermediate Women

4 – DRAW
All players will play against all players, that is, if there are 16 registered each player will play 15 matches.


5 – GAMES
The games will be played in the best of three sets, and if there is a tie in a set to one, the third set will be played in a super tie-break up to 10 points.


6 – SCORE
Each player's score will be as follows:
• Victory: 100 points
• Defeat: 25 points
• WO victory: 100 points
• Defeat WO: -100 points


7 – RESULTS RELEASE
After the game is played, any of the participants can cast the result of the game. Once launched in the system, the adversary receives notification to approve the result. If there is no approval or dispute, the system will automatically approve the result 24 hours after the result has been reported


8 – FEES
The fee to participate in the ranking is U$75 (seventy-five dollars) and must be paid by 10/10/23 via Zelle to [email protected] and the receipt with the athlete's name must be sent via WhatsApp to to Luciana +1(321)337.3503.


9 – BALLS
Athletes will be responsible for taking balls in good condition.


10 – OMITTED CASES
Any omitted cases not provided for in these regulations will be resolved by the Beach Tennis Orlando organization.


11 – KNOWLEDGE OF THE RULES AND REGULATIONS
The athlete included in the ranking declares to have full knowledge of the rules and agrees to accept the rules of the Regulations.

Waiver

Beach Tennis Orlando Singles Ranking - Intermediate Men

Release and Waiver of Liability, Assumption of Risk, and Indemnity Agreement

In consideration of being permitted to participate in any way in the Beach Tennis Orlando Singles Ranking – Intermediate Men and its activities (“Activity”) I, for myself for personal representatives, assigns, heirs and next of kin:
1) ACKNOWLEDGE, agree, and represent that I understand the nature of the Beach Tennis Orlando Singles Ranking - Intermediate Men, to be held on December 3rd to January 31st at West Beach Park : 9227 Winter Garden Vineland Rd - Orlando/Florida, and that I am qualified, in good health and in proper physical condition to participate in such activity. I further agree and warrant that if at any time I believe conditions to be unsafe, I will immediately discontinue further participation in the Activity.
2) FULLY UNDERSTAND THAT: (a) THIS SPORTS ACTIVITIES INVOLVE RISKS AND DANGERS OF SERIOUS BODILY INJURY,INCLUDING PERMANENT DISABILITY,PARALYSIS,AND DEATH (“RISK”);(b) these Risks and danger may be caused by my own actions or inaction, the action or inaction of other participating in the Activity, the condition in which the Activity take place, or THE NEGLIGENCE OF THE “RELEASE” NAMED BELOW;(c) there may be OTHER RISK AND SOCIAL AND ECONOMIC LOSSES either not known to me or not readily foreseeable at this time, and I FULLY ACCEPT AND ASSUME ALL SUCH RISK AND ALL RESPONSIBILITY FOR LOSSES,COST AND DAMAGES I incur as a result of my participation or that of the minor in the Activity.
3) HERBY RELEASE,DISCHARGE, AND CONVENT NOT TO SUE BEACH TENNIS ORLANDO LLC, their respective administrators, directors, agents, officers, members, volunteers and employees, other participants, any sponsors, advertisers, and, if applicable, owner and lessors of premises on which the Activity take place, (each considered one of the “RELEASES” herein) FROM ALL LIABILITY, CLAIMS, DEMANDS, LOSSES, OR DAMAGES ON MY ACCOUNT CAUSED OR ALLEGED TO BE CAUSED IN WHOLE OR IN PART BY THE NEGLIGENCE OF THE “RELEASES” OR OTHERWISE, INCLUDING NEGLIGENT RESCUE OPERATIONS AND I FURTHER AGREE that if, despite this RELEASE AND WAIVER OF LIABILITY,ASSUMPTION OR RISK, AND INDEMNITY AGREEMENT I, or anyone on my behalf , makes a claim against any of the Releases, I WILL INDEMNIFY, SAVE, AND HOLD HARMLESS EACH OF THE RELEASES from any litigation expenses, attorney fees, loss, liability, damage, or cost which may incur as the result of such claim.
4) WILLINGLY CONSENT to be filmed, live, taped or filmed television footage or photos during Official Activity without compensation, and hereby waives any right to such compensation for participant, b) The right to grant and/or assign licenses or transfer that right and licenses mentioned herein at their sole discretion to any third party.
5) BY COMPLETING THIS ORDER AND OBTAINING CONFIRMATION OF SUCH ORDER, I/WE ACKNOWLEDGE OUR AGREEMENT OF ALL THE ABOVE TERMS.

RELEASE, PERMISSION, AND INDEMNITY AGREEMENT
Release. In consideration of being permitted to participate in any way in the:
Event Name: Beach Tennis Orlando Singles Ranking - Intermediate Men, to be held on December 3rd of 2023 to January 31st of 2024 at West Beach Park : 9227 Winter Garden Vineland Rd - Orlando/Florida
I, for myself, my heirs or assigns, hereby release, waive, discharge and covenant not to BEACH TENNIS ORLANDO LLC directors, officers, employees, other participants, volunteers, and agents from liability from any and all claims resulting in personal injuries, death, accidents, illnesses (such as communicable diseases including COVID-19), and property loss arising from, but not limited to, participation in the Event, whether arising from the negligence of releasees or otherwise.

Assumption of Risk. Participation in the Event carries with it certain inherent risks that cannot be eliminated regardless of the care taken to avoid injuries. The specific risks vary but include 1) minor injuries such as bruises, sprains and dehydration, 2) major injuries such as eye injuries, joint or back injuries, heat stroke, heart attacks, and concussions, and 3) catastrophic injuries such as paralysis and death. I have read the previous paragraphs and I know, understand and appreciate these and other risks that are inherent in the participation of this event. I assert that my participation is voluntary and that I knowingly assume all such risks.

Indemnification and Hold Harmless. I also agree to indemnify and hold BEACH TENNIS ORLANDO LLC and all named above harmless from any and all claims, actions, suits, costs, expenses, damages and liabilities, including attorney’s fees brought as a result of my involvement in the Event.

Use Permission. I also give BEACH TENNIS ORLANDO LLC and its agents and designees permission to use or distribute, without limitation or obligation, my image, name, voice, and words for any purpose connected with the Event, including promotional, marketing, training, informational, and archival uses.

Please contact Thiago Maul and Luciana Galimberti to change your registration to a future tournament/ranking if you have:
1. Been in contact with anyone who tested positive for COVID in the last two weeks
2. Are currently or at time of tournament waiting for COVID test results
3. Currently have a fever, dry cough, or no sense of taste or smell
4. Have had a positive COVID test result in the last two weeks
